All rooms has ceiling fan and includes washer and dryer in kitchen. **Condominium has multiple stairs to access parking Garage and Beach area, if you cannot climb stairs or have difficulty walking this property will not be a Good choice.** Guest access 24hr gated with security community, Keys given will give you access to one car parking space, pool and beach area. Pool and beach access are from 0800am to 0600 pm. Other things to note *ATTENTION* 1. POOL OPEN 6am-6pm 2. No Pets Allowed!!!
