The entire upstairs is yours. You may use the laundry in the basement; it may be shared if another guest is renting the downstairs space. We live a few blocks away and are available via text for any questions that arise. We'll make sure you get the door code on the day you arrive. Check in is 4 pm and if it is available sooner you are welcome to come earlier. We're in a quiet neighborhood, one block off Broadway and about 5 blocks from NDSU campus. 2 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the airport, both by car. We are one block off the bus route into downtown. 5 blocks from Sanford Broadway. Access to Hwy 29 is via 12th Ave or 19th Ave N; approximately 2 miles west of the space. Parking is in the street and there is plenty of it. Fargo uses winter plowing planning so parking alternates north/south and east/west. Summer is always easier. Welcome. There is a fee of $25 per night per guest for the 3rd and 4th persons.
