An iconic Kiwi bach right across the road from the water on Cliff street. It's on a huge flat secure 1/4 acre section with plenty of room for the whole family, friends and boat. It's a 5 -10 minute stroll around the waterfront to the shops, galleries and cafes; 5 minutes in the other direction to the wharf and steps over the road to the calmer waters of the inner harbour. Please note linen and rubbish are not included in the listing, as this is a beach house set up. The space This is a classic NZ Bach that has been loved by one extended family over the last 120years. It has a retro, no frills feel and the view will leave you breathless. Other things to note Linen is not provided, please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
