Guest access The guest will have full access to all the accommodations of the three main houses. Other things to note The LESSEE undertakes not to use the premises of the Property for the celebration of large events, except with the written authorization of the LESSOR. The LESSEE is authorized to invite people for visits and meals, provided that the number of guests in the property does not exceed the number allowed, under penalty of being charged a compensatory fine in the amount of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais)
