All who have come to see it before renting, have loved it and ended up renting our unit :) *** MINIMUM STAY IS 60 DAYS YEAR ROUND & 90 DAYS for WINTER MONTHS, MINIMUM WINTER STAY IS 3 FULL CONSECUTIVE MONTHS *** Winter is for the calendar months of Jan, Feb, March, and April. Please do not inquire about less. It will be declined immediately 100% of the time! Thanks for understanding. *** Guest access You'll have access to the entire 1300 square foot unit. A heated pool with chairs, covered tables, and bathrooms is just outside the door. Surrounded by preserve, this end of the street condo building is quiet and peaceful. Other things to note ***READ FIRST BEFORE REQUESTING! 60 Day Minimum Stay Year Round. NO PETS. *** MINIMUM STAY IS 3 FULL CONSECUTIVE FOR WINTER*** calendar months for the months of Jan, Feb, March, and April. This means that you must rent Jan 1 - March 31 or Feb 1 - April 30th of any year. Please don’t ask. The access to much of the grounds is open with no ID CARD scan needed to enter. You can, however, get a transponder for the automatic resident security gates (if you don't want to pass through the guest gate during your stay), and also can get picture IDs at the clubhouse for member access to some community features (the 2 large pools, along with the many standard sized satellite pools, tiki bar and grill area, 2 fitness centers, and golf & tennis all require member transfer). The cost to transfer the membership to you is a one time fee of $535. You must do this through me, and I can set that up with you anytime after you arrive if you so chose. I've found that some people chose not to, but most want the member transfer, so we leave that completely up to you for just $535 more for the entire length of your stay.
