Normandy cottage 1 hour from Paris and the coast

Vast cottage with Pool between Paris and Rouen for your family or friends reunions, you are 1 hour from the capital and 1 hour from the Normandy beaches (Honfleur) The space This is a large house of 260 m2 refurbished on a plot of several hectares. In the winter, lounge in the 2 living rooms equipped for one with a fireplace, for the other with a stove. Everything awaits you to spend long evenings by the fire: chess table and ladies, foosball table, comfortable sofas.. the large American kitchen opens to a large dining room. The house has 2 entrances in which you can declutter .. upstairs you will find 4 large bedrooms , 2 toilets, a bathroom and 2 bathrooms. A large double bedroom with a baby bed if needed, a triple bedroom, a 4-person dormitory and another double bedroom. The bedding is new, the storage is plenty of storage. You can also enjoy 2 workspaces, an office in one bedroom and a closed office on the ground floor. Finally, outside, a trampoline and a petanque court await you, and on sunny days a secure heated swimming pool, usable from May until the end of September, as well as a barbecue. You will also have a ping pong table available in the garage. Possibility to leave after 11 a.m. or to arrive before 4 p.m. for an extra 40 euros subject to availability. Parties are strictly forbidden, music must be inaudible from the outside past 9 P.M. Guest access The access is done in total autonomy via a key box, but the arrival is filmed to ensure compliance with the number of tenants allowed. Other things to note There's a baby cot, high chair, and booster. Linens and bath towels are provided, but pool towels are not provided. We have installed a camera outside that overlooks the front door of the house, at the back, near the parking area. The goal is to keep the home safe while respecting the privacy of guests.
