Traveler’s Oasis (Private Room & Bath)

My home sits on the Tampa Bay waterfront on Gulf to Bay Boulevard; conveniently linking you to Clearwater, Tampa, St Petersburg, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, and all other surrounding cities. Located amidst numerous restaurants, shopping, & entertainment venues; many within walking distance. •Clearwater Beach= 7.5 miles, straight down Gulf to Bay Blvd •Tampa Airport (TPA)= 14 miles •St Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE)= 4.5 miles •Indian Rocks Beach= 12 miles •Honeymoon Island (Dunedin)= 12 miles The space You will have the master suite to yourself, with its own ensuite bathroom and comfy king sized bed. The master suite is completely private; the entry door locks from inside and out, and you are provided a key to lock/unlock the room if you wish. The television in your room is equipped with an Apple TV; allowing you the ability to log into any of your video streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube, etc. There is also a large walk-in closet for your use. The bathroom provides you with all of the amenities you would find in any well established hotel (my guests have noted that the shower in particular has superb water pressure). You have full access to the living room, kitchen (including all utilities such as the stove/oven/refrigerator/etc and kitchenware), dining area, and patio. *Please note: food/beverages are not included in your stay.* Inside is a non-smoking environment. You may smoke on the outdoor patio only (being mindful of course, to close the patio door to ensure no smoke finds its way inside). You have full access to strong and reliable WiFi at all times. Please see ‘Guest Resources’ once booked for the WiFi name/passcode. Detailed apartment directions are also located within ‘Guest Resources’, as well as under the ‘check-in instructions’ portion of the site/app. I warmly extend an invite and welcome guests from ALL walks of life. My home is an LGBTQ+ friendly environment. During your stay I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and conversing. I will interact as much or as little as you prefer. A desire for privacy is absolutely respected. Regardless of whether or not I am home, I am always available if you should need anything; via text, call, &/or the Airbnb message route. If I happen to be off traveling during your stay, I am still available 24/7 via the same communication methods- additionally providing you with contact information of a trusted friend, whom happens to be my neighbor, for any immediate needs. There is a brand new laundry facility on-site right next to my building. You can do laundry for $2 per load (same price per load for washer and dryer). You must supply your own detergent & dryer sheets.
