Country house with a hot tub and great views

Relax with the whole family or friends in this cozy, spacious accommodation with large garden. Enjoy the tranquility and Italian lifestyle in an original farmhouse. Discover the beautiful, medieval villages in the surrounding area. Visit Europe's largest grotto (Grotto die Frasassi) in an impressive natural landscape with mountains, rivers and lakes. Take a trip to the sea (35 min drive), which you can see from the house with good visibility. The space Traditional farmhouse with hot tub and great views in the middle of a beautiful landscape. You enter the country house through a traditional entrance, from which the spacious cucina (kitchen) with a view of the garden is on the right, where you can prepare delicious Italian dishes on a gas stove and enjoy them together at a large table. A few steps down you will find a toilet and the washing machine as well as a cool pantry. Straight from the entrance, a staircase leads you into the large living room with an open fireplace, where two sofa beds can be pulled out into a double bed each. Further up the stairs you will reach the spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, large open brick shower, toilet and bidet. On the same level there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. One of them is equipped with air conditioning and TV. Four cozy terraces around the house invite you to linger. In the warm bubbling Jacuzzi you can enjoy a glass of wine while looking at the night sky. In our charming country house you live in the middle of nature. You will meet lizards here and sometimes a harmless scorpion. Due to the original construction, there may be defects in the plaster. Guest access If you arrive by plane, a car (Dacia Duster) can be provided. If you arrive by your own car, you can park it in the shade on the property. Other things to note A children's travel bed is available. A high-quality gas grill is available for use. The brick pizza oven can be used after thorough instruction.
