Kitchenette, Queen bed, sofa sleeper, micro, fridge, full length mirror & walk in shower. Please do NOT enter privacy gated areas! Citrus is ripe Dec through Feb. Please help yourself. Off street parking at your doorstep, breezeway w/outdoor dining. Close to State Farm Stadium & Westgate entertainment district. Approx 13 miles to downtown Phoenix. AZDOR TPT 21399312 The space This is a master suite with private access. Off street parking, queen bed with linens, *sofa sleeper*, kitchenette with dishes, silverware, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with walk in shower, vanity, towels, full length mirror and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE…the hot water is slow to arrive, especially in Winter!! There is a breezeway with table and chairs. Guest access You will have access to the suite, the circle drive and the front yard that faces Maryland street. Please do NOT enter privacy gated areas! Other things to note I have one neighbor to the North of my property. They have dogs. Please do not cross the driveway at the back of the property. No smoking or vaping in the room. No pets.
