The space The top of the chalet (65 m2 habitable) is composed of: • a pleasant 26 m2 teak terrace equipped with blinds, facing the sea, • a spacious air-conditioned living area of 35 m2 including the living room, a dining area and a large kitchen, • a 1st bedroom of 13 m2 with a 160 cm bed, • a 2nd bedroom of 9 m2 with a 140 bed, • a bathroom with toilet, shower and window. The bottom of the chalet (45 m2 habitable) is composed of: • a pleasant sheltered terrace of 20 m2, equipped with a large table and an outdoor lounge, • a living space of 18 m2, including the living room and the kitchen, • a 1st air-conditioned bedroom of 10 m2 with a 160 bed and a dressing room, • a 2nd bedroom of 12 m2 with a 160 bed and a closet, • an extra sofa bed in the living room for more than 4 people (be careful, the hot water tank is a little tight for 6 people) • a bathroom with toilet, shower and window.
