Whose House, Kenny's house!

You are probably wondering who Kenny is?!? He is one of the owners of this charming house and loves a good time. We want you to have a good time and feel like you are a part of our family when you stay with us! You cannot beat our location: We are two blocks from Chautauqua Lake, walking distance to Memorial Park, boat launches, marinas, picnic and playground areas. Close proximity to major attractions such as the National Comedy Center, Lucille Ball Museum and the Chautauqua Institution. The space WELCOME... To our cozy updated cottage. All 3 bedrooms have comfy beds, quality linens and flat screen T.V.'s with basic cable and Roku streaming devices. We have a queen air mattress available for the living room if needed with a foam mattress topper. Bathroom is clean and stocked with extra linens and anything that you may have forgotten. During the summer months please enjoy our fantastic rocking chair front porch or relax on the back patio. During the winter months we have provided comfy throw blankets to relax on the sofas after a busy day of sight seeing, some books to read or board games to play as you unwind. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make small meals or Sunday dinners. We have also provided a Keurig with plenty of coffee and tea choices. Lastly, as a mom I know how stressful travel can be when traveling with the little-ones... Let us help! We are more than happy to provide a high chair, pack n' play or some toys.
