Guest access The entire outside area is fenced. Other things to note Guests have complete privacy, contact is only made in case of need, we are a quiet family, a couple with two young children, we live in Joinville and our apartment is a summer apartment, we accept small pets, which cannot climb on the living room and bedroom furniture.
