A comfortable nest nearby the waterfront

The place is clean and welcoming. It is very quiet. You will find all what you need. It is a 3 minute stroll from a very nice coffee shop as well as a bar opening Thurs-Sun and a 5 minute stroll from the Brighton waterfront. The space Downstairs, are the lounge room and kitchen. There is also a laundry and toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and a landing. Outside, a small patio with a table. There is a carport at the front. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, except of the garage and a storeroom. Other things to note The house is located in a very quiet compound. No parties are allowed.
