The bathtub automatically adjusts the water level and temperature so that you can fully relax in it 🔑 Convenient and quick self check-in with electronic door lock, you can check in after 3pm and check out before 11am. Guest access ● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge ● Electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. can be used free of charge ● Smoking (including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the homestay (including the balcony) ●Each room comes with two sets of bedding by default. Other things to note (1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway. (2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats. (3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public. (4) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee. (5) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house. (6) Please return all non-disposable items after use. (7) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.
