Seaside house in Batz-sur-Mer

A simple, white and blue house, with a small square of green. The garden-side room is bright, the back room is cooler in summer, and the bed in the small upstairs living room can accommodate 1 additional person. A 2nd mattress can also help out for 1 night or 2 for a child or an adult. A south-facing desk allows you to work in peace. The house is ideal for spending a few days by the sea: you can go shopping in the village, stroll along the wild coast, relax... The space Once you have come down to park in the well-sheltered garden-parking lot, you will return to the street side to access the gate and the small staircase that leads to the 18th house. There you'll find a set of maisonettes - like a miniature fishing hamlet. A large house, sheds, a small house opposite (separated by a light wooden fence): here we share the space without disturbing each other (sometimes I stay opposite, or other travelers stop there for a weekend or a week). The house you will occupy is very simple, sunny to the south, and cooler to the north - logically. 100 meters on foot, the ocean: the wild coast and rocks, fishing on foot, small beaches. The village of Batz is 600 meters away, with all its shops, its wonderful fishmonger, and its character, granite and slate, beautiful austerity. The road leading to Le Croisic by the coast (not the "middle road", more frequented in season, but the coastal road) passes just behind the house: from the master bedroom, you can't hear it. At night it is rather the sound of the wind, the waves, in the distance, that will carry you away... From the 2nd bedroom to the north - and the small living room on the landing of the floor - you can hear the first cars in the morning (and the garbage cans on Monday and Thursday mornings). But despite this, the area remains very quiet until the morning! Guest access You can use the barbecue and chairs stored in the sheds to set up as you like on the terrace (I store them in the shed in mid-season, but feel free to take them out if the weather is nice!).
