In the heart of Morbihan, between land and sea, our contemporary house offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries in the calm of the countryside with family or friends. Functional with beautiful volumes, it accommodates up to eight people in a colorful decor. Business stays are accepted. The space Surrounded by a garden (private and not overlooked) with parking and terrace (south-facing), this pretty new single-storey house includes: a large bright living room with 50 m² living room (south-facing), a fully equipped and fitted open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, teapot and dishes for 8 people), a utility room with washing machine and dryer, four bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom (shower)), a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, a toilet and a garage. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The bedding is new and each bedroom has storage (dressing room). The rooms are furnished as follows: - bedroom 1 consists of a large 140 x 190 bed, - bedroom 2 has a 140 x 190 large bed with en-suite shower, - bedroom 3 has two 90 x 190 beds - and bedroom 4 consists of a 90 x 190 bed and a 120 x 190 bed with en-suite shower. Rooms will be made available depending on the number of people accommodated. For example, for a couple with two children, bedrooms 1 and 2 will be available and the cost will be that of 4 travelers. Another example: If 4 guests want the 4 rooms, the rate is that of 7 people. Another example: For 2 people who want 2 rooms (instead of 1), the price will be that of 4 people. Bed linen is provided: the beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels are not provided except on request and with a supplement of €5 per person (1 small towel and 1 large towel). A travel crib, high chair and changing mat are available to guests on request. Underfloor heating is provided by a heat pump which gives the accommodation a comfortable atmosphere. In the peak season, rentals are only possible from the rate of four people. Other things to note You can enjoy the many walks around the house: hikes in the Lanvaux moors with different circuits of variable distance on foot, mountain bike or horseback. You can also enjoy a walk at the Domaine de Kerguéhennec in Bignan (17 minutes), the castle and its park (cultural site with contemporary sculptures) will introduce you to the small Breton Versailles. For the little ones and families, the Kingoland amusement park in Plumelin is 7 minutes from the house. Thanks to its central location, you can enjoy the many tourist attractions of the department. Thus, the house is located less than 30 minutes from downtown Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, Auray and the pretty port of St Goustan. To the north, the town of Pontivy, historically called Napoléonville, and the Blavet Valley are 30 minutes away. Lorient is located about 40 minutes away. On the sea side, the accommodation is located 40 minutes from Carnac, its beautiful beaches and menhirs for the pleasure of sea walks and swimming; 1 hour from the wild coast (Quiberon Peninsula) and 35 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan (Moustérian in Séné).
