Cozy studio, completely renovated and equipped, for rent in the village of Champoussin, ideal for both short romantic weekends and week-long vacations - an extra place for a child can be considered thanks to a sofa bed or a baby cot. Facing south, you will enjoy a balcony bathed in sunshine (sunscreen strongly recommended!), in the front row to contemplate the magnificent Dents du Midi. The space The tranquility of the place promises timeless moments of rejuvenation, close to a convenience store, sports stores, restaurants, bars, or hotel/spa. Ski-in/Ski-out: directly connected to the Portes du Soleil, which is the largest cross-border area in Europe, more than 600 km of slopes await you in winter! A ski room is available in front of the studio. In summer, 2 Multi-Pass cards are available to you, giving access to more than 70 activities, as well as access to the ski lifts. The studio is very well equipped with electronics, with Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s), smart TV, channels (Wingo), music speaker... The weighted area of the studio is 34 m2 (half for the main living space). Guest access The studio is number 5 in the "Narcisses" building, which is located 200 m from a free outdoor parking lot, reserved for the condominium. A cul-de-sac allows you to get as close as possible to the building to unload your vehicle before parking it. Detailed and illustrated instructions are sent after booking. Other things to note A fondue pot with stove and a raclette oven are available as well as a Chinese fondue pot with stove. All bedding is provided on site with bath towels. A supplement of 10.-/night/person for a 3rd person is requested. This surcharge is automatically included in the total when booking. The tourist tax is not included in the final price. It amounts to CHF 3.00 per adult night and CHF 1.50 per child night (from 6 to 17 years old).
