Come and have a pleasant stay in this fully equipped house, next to the "Senouire" river. Located at the end of the village of Esfaçy, which has about forty inhabitants, and close to the owners' house. A quiet place to enjoy as a couple or as a family with its large grounds. 5 km from Paulhaguet, where you will find all amenities (bakery, butcher shop, food shop, distributor, press, bar/tobacco, family restaurant, gas station...). The space In addition to the beds made on arrival, you will also find all the linens, i.e. tea towels (dishes and hands), but also bath towels. On the ground floor you will find the equipped kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. You will also find the living room with TV, tourist documents, books, comics, children's games and board games. A closet with vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan/brush, mop bucket. At your disposal you also have everything you need in cleaning products (sponge, dishwashing products, floor products, toilets, dishwasher tablet, laundry...) and also the essentials of the kitchen (salt, pepper, some spices). Upstairs there are the toilets, the bathroom equipped with a shower, and the 2 bedrooms with sheets provided. One bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed, a wardrobe and a built-in closet, and one bedroom with 1 140 x 190 double bed and 1 90 x 190 single bed, with a wardrobe, and a dresser. At your disposal is a table with iron, and blankets for those who feel the cold. Being a mother, I provide you on request: a travel crib, a changing table, a small potty, a toilet reducer, a step for brushing teeth😉, a booster for meals, and for the little ones a bathtub, and a folding stroller, you will also find the necessary tableware (plate, glass, cutlery). Outside you will find garden furniture for 6 people, for summer meals sheltered by a pergola, ideal for barbecues (provided in the rental). At your disposal 2 lounge chairs to relax and sunbathe. A small space with low garden furniture for 2, ideal for reading. A summer bed, for afternoon naps. A swing for kids. At home we have 3 cats including 1 who likes to come and visit our guests, so to avoid any disagreements I do not accept animals, I hope you will understand. Some extra services: - cleaning fee: €100 - self check-in: to facilitate your arrival, you can arrive at the time you want, alone, we agree together for the keys, and I can come meet you the next day 😉 it is you who choose. Note that we are only 20 minutes from Lavoûte Chilhac, a small village that is ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. The gîte is also ideally placed for all hiking or biking, whether in the Allier Valley (15/20 min) or in the Senouire Valley. We have 3 cats, and especially 1 who likes to say hello to vacationers, don't be surprised by his visit, he is starting to get old, and I must say a little grumpy at times, thank you for your understanding.
