Other things to note NOTE: During peak season (March 1st through March 31st and June 1st through August 31st) we only allow Saturday through Saturday rentals. ** Effective 11/1/2025 we will begin charging a $600 refundable security deposit. This is in addition to the insurance that does not cover the loss or breakage of the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and small appliances we provide for our guest's comfort. The deposit is collected automatically from guests two days before check-in and released two days after check-out, unless a charge request is submitted. It will be securely processed by Hospitable.
