So close to the city but with a suburban feel! Annerley is just 4km from the Brisbane CBD & about the same distance to Southbank. The house is centrally located to the medical hubs.... Princess Alexandra Hospital (3min drive); Greenslopes Private Hospital (5min drive) & the QLD Childrens Hospital (6min drive). Also within walking distance to the Buranda shops & transport (bus) Room 2 is stylishly decorated in an African theme! Fully stocked shared kitchen & shared lounge, bathroom & toilet The space Spacious 4 bedroom house only minutes from the city. 2 rooms rented out as Airbnb's and I use the other 2 rooms as a bedroom and an office. Room 1 is a beach themed room and Room 2 is an Africian themed room! There is a small grassed outdoor area next to the house and there is outdoor seating on the verandah/patio THE HOUSE HAS... * Stylish, functional modern full kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, all cooking utensils and cutlery/crockery. * A labelled fridge/freezer for each room. * A good sized modern bathroom with shower and bath * A separate toilet * Both bedrooms have a memory foam Queen sized mattress with topper and a small wardrobe * Lounge room with a smart 70 inch TV and comfy sofa. Includes free Netflix and Amazon Prime. A great space to relax and chill and to meet fellow travellers! * Other shared areas include the Kitchen, Lounge, Dining and Outdoor area - the verandah and side of the house * The verandah has seating for 4 and 2 small tables. This area can be used for smoking. * Laundry with a large and small washing machine, a drying, drying rack and laundry detergent YOU HAVE... * A lockable room * Dedicated Pantry Space * A stand alone fridge/freezer in the dining area (1 for each room) * An exclusive pantry shelf for guest use. A great location for a holiday, business or even if you are just passing through! Guest access The Entire house is available for guest use. There is also a front verandah with seating for 4 people and an outdoor garden area at the side of the house. The indoor shared areas are the Kitchen, bathroom, dining, toilet, lounge & laundry rooms. If the other room is NOT booked and there are no other guests in the house then it will just be yourself and Rosanne at the house. Other things to note This accommodation would suit tourists, contract workers, students & business travellers. We welcome short or long-term guests (up to 3 months) You will love the functional layout of the house and the proximity to the city and to public transport. If you have a car it's only 7-10mins to the city (outside of peak hrs) and Emperor St does not have restricted parking. PLEASE NOTE that there are no Air Conditioners in any of the bedrooms or in the house. We do have ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well as an extra desk fan and a heater for the winter months. In relation to the surrounding area there is a 'Coco's' 24hr fruit, vegetable & Asian supermarket only 2mins walk down the road. The Buranda shopping centre is only a 7min walk down the road. You have Woolworths, Target, Massage & Nail salons, Newsagent where you can buy Go Cards, Cafe & various food outlets. The bus stop to the city is a 5min walk down to Ipswich Rd and it takes about 18mins on the bus to get to the Queen St Mall or it's a 7-10min drive (outside of peak hr). There are multiple options for buses heading north and south as Ipswich Rd is a busy road with multiple bus routes. Best to check a maps app for the best route to your destination.
