The Townhouse - a sanctuary on the South Coast

The townhouse is a newly built, luxury home in The Waterfront precinct of Shell Cove in Shellharbour. This modern home perfectly accommodates a couple or a small family across its 2 bedrooms. The well- appointed kitchen and living area lead out to a private garden with a covered courtyard for outdoor dining and a sandpit for the kids. Stunning beaches, Shellharbour village, Bass Point Reserve, Killalea State Park, shopping and cafes are all within easy reach of the property. The space The townhouse is split across 2 levels with living on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. Downstairs features a powder room and laundry. The dining area is opposite the modern, open-plan kitchen which includes dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The living area has a large comfy couch for relaxing and a 43- inch Smart TV. The living opens out to the covered courtyard, with outdoor dining table and sandpit for the kids. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed, blackout blinds and built-in wardrobe. Fast, reliable wifi and a seperate office nook are fully equipped to support remote workers. Off the landing is a baby’s change table and a good-sized bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a single bed, a cot, blackout blinds and has a balcony coming off it with views over the Marina. Note – this property is suitable to a couple or small family with a child and baby/toddler only. This is not a party house and respect for the neighbours is paramount. Construction on the waterfront precinct is visible across the road from the townhouse. However, noise is minimal in the day and work stops completely in the evening. No pets and no smoking.
