Building has pool, gym and sauna as well. Relax/Meditate after work at the outside garden or have a dip in the Jacuzzi to disconnect from the busiest city in South America. No Parties are allowed. Guest access Building has shared Fitness Center, Beach Tennis court, Outside Pool and Sauna To access the building all guests who will stay at the apartment need to supply an ID style photo before the checkin in advance, in order to be duly registered by the building security. Access to the building and all common areas is made through Facial Recognition, thus this is a crucial check-in need. Other things to note This is the apartment where I live normally, my home, I hope you enjoy it but take good care of everything as if it was your own.
