Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter. The space The house is modern in design, with a high standard and built to fit in with the natural surroundings. The house is thoughtfully equipped to meet our guests' expectations. Guest access All areas are available to our guests. Other things to note We encourage our guests to bring their own bed linens and towels. Should you prefer to rent these during your stay, there is an extra charge of SEK 100 per set.
