By confirming your booking, you agree to allow access for essential maintenance. This property is not available for school leavers unless prior private approval has been arranged. Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay. Please note: This is a strictly no-pet property. If a pet is brought onto the premises without approval, an additional $500 cleaning fee will apply, in addition to the standard $180 cleaning fee.
