Townhomes near the Bay - #4

Oakdale Townhomes are located in the quaint town of Grand Bay, AL. At this newly renovated vacation rental, you’re only 30 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Dauphin Island, 25 minutes south of the city of Mobile and 40 minutes east of Biloxi, MS. (If you have time, take a day trip to New Orleans, which is only an hour and 45 minutes away!). We hope you enjoy your stay at Oakdale Townhomes and are able to get out and explore the beautiful Gulf Coast during your visit! The space In 2018, this 8-unit building underwent a complete renovation where it was stripped down to its bones and redesigned with modern finishes and decor. Each townhome was fully refinished with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen. Two bright and airy bedrooms and one full bathroom are located upstairs, and one half bathroom is located off the kitchen downstairs. We just added a new sofa sleeper in the living room! A small patio off the back of the townhome gives guests a nice outdoor space to grill, lounge and enjoy the spacious backyard. Guest access This unit is the fourth townhome from the left of the building. Guests have access to a private patio area with a grill, outdoor table and chairs. Parking is available directly in front of the unit. There is plenty of green space to walk your leashed dog in the front of the building and in the backyard. Other things to note Pets: No cats allowed! Dogs are allowed with a $100 fee per dog. There is a maximum of two dogs no larger than 75 pounds each. Dogs who are categorized as "dangerous" or "aggressive" according the ASPCA are not allowed. Please let us know if you're bringing your furry friend so we can add the appropriate pet fee, as the Airbnb website does not have a spot for us to add the fee. The fee will be added to the cost of your nightly charge. Guests must keep dogs on a leash when outdoors, and clean up after their pets. Guests who bring a dog without notification could face penalty. We do not accept cats ! Noise: This is an eight-unit apartment building. This unit is the fourth unit from the left of the building, so you do share two walls with the neighboring units. Therefore you could experience noise from next door. The downstairs TV has basic cable also ! The input for cable is Live TV .
