Saoirse Apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment in the basement /ground floor of our home in the calm countryside 6km (8 min) drive from the bustling tourist town of Killarney. Ideally located for The Ring of Kerry and Dingle is a 1 hour drive. Our countryside location is peaceful, for walks along the narrow lanes or down towards the river Deenagh. The apartment is within 10-15 min drive to the Lakes of Killarney, Ross Castle, Muckross House and gardens. Carrauntohill mountain is popular also. The space The well ventilated apartment is in the basement/ground floor of our house. 2 well appointed bedrooms with a double bed in each, shower room, kitchen/living area tv and WiFi. Mood lights to create a cosy atmosphere. Bedroom no.1 looks onto an internal service area. Bedroom no.2 looks on to our yard and the fields beyond it. **Please ensure you include total number of guests at the time of booking to ensure correct price.** The apartment is newly renovated for the 2022 season. There is high speed wifi upgraded since 2020. Guest access The ground floor apartment area/ free parking space and garden. Guest have a private entrance and parking with a small garden area. We live on a single track country road. Other things to note The apartment is centrally heated by gas heating for your convenience. In 2021 have installed a mechanical fresh air system through out the apartment. Wifi is free. Due to the construction of the building sometimes there are phone reception issues inside. However, Wifi calling is perfect as the network is excellent. Basic TV channels. Washing machine, no clothes dryer. Should you require a clothes dryer you will find a launderette at Tesco supermarket in Deer park.
