The space EXTERIOR AREAS The pool and wrap around terrace with stunning Ibiza town views provide the perfect backdrop on lazy summer days. With sunbeds, parasols, and a day sofa you can pick your favourite spot. The al fresco dining area has a long outdoor dining table and large gas BBQ, perfect for entertaining. The villa also has a petanque court and is fully fenced and accessed through a large automatic gate, with parking space for 4 cars. INTERIOR LIVING AREAS Interior living areas have been created to offer different spaces for all guests. The large lounge & dining room features a comfy sofa area opening up to the pool terrace, and access flowing to the exterior dining area and BBQ. A large interior extendable dining table & further designer sofa complete the room, along with a Sonos music system. All areas are fully air conditioned. Next to the lounge is a TV room with a 55” smart TV. This can be enjoyed from the luxury L-shaped sofa and warm furnishings. The large window offers views out onto the terrace and Ibiza Town in the distance. A fireplace, formal desk and storage cupboards complete this room. KITCHEN The modern kitchen, which has patio doors opening to the dining terrace features a coffee bar with stools and plenty of equipment to cater for fantastic meals. Equipment includes double ovens, electric hob, microwave, fridge & freezers, coffee machine and plenty of glassware & crockery. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer MASTER BEDROOM SUITE Located on the first floor with the 3 other bedrooms of the main house, the master bedroom has a king double bed with cotton sheets and feather pillows. The room features air conditioning / heating, curtains, his and hers fitted wardrobes, smart TV, and security safe. The bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and rain shower, along with a double sink vanity unit. It also has its own private terrace where you can watch the sunset over Ibiza Town and the rolling hills in the background. BEDROOM SUITE 2 Bedroom 2 is located off the main upper hallway close to the master bedroom. Fully air conditioned, it features his and her wardrobes and a large double bed with cotton sheets & feather pillows. Large patio doors open to a private terrace with table & chairs, overlooking the tropical garden area. The en-suite bathroom features a shower, large basin and WC with modern furnishing. BEDROOM SUITE 3 Bedroom 3 features 2 x single beds, smart TV, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The large bathroom offers a freestanding bath, twin sinks, rain shower & WC.
