Architectural Glass House with Breathtaking Ocean

Perched in a peaceful setting, the building captures views across the Derwent River as far as the iconic attractions of the Tasman Peninsular and Bruny Island. Positioned in tranquil Taroona and only 15 minutes from the Hobart CBD, it doesn't get much better than this if you are planning to enjoy the coastal walking tracks or nearby Hinsby beach. The space The home was built in 2015 and designed by renowned Tasmanian Architect, Craig Rosevear. We were seeking to build a small, beautiful, functional and minimal home that would take advantage of the sweeping views of the River Derwent. One of the main attractions of the build site was the position to the moonrise and the spectacular light shows at sunrise and sunset.
