The space BEFORE BOOKING Booking is good for 4 pax maximum including children/babies. However, amenities such as towels, pillows and linens, blanket hygiene kit, water, and coffee will be provided for 2 pax only. (2)Towel, blanket, pillows and linens, water, coffee a hygiene kit for additional guests will have an ADDITIONAL FEE of Php 100 per person. Check-in time is between 2-5 PM. Parking Fees: Near Clubhouse (10mins walk) Php 100 per entry - There's an open field parking near Tower 1 about 5 minutes walk from Tower 5 , costs Php 150 / 24 hours (multiple entry). Commercial Space(in-front of the building) -1st 4 hrs is Php 40 and the succeeding per hour is Php 20 - Any commercial validation receipt is Free 3 hrs and succeeding per hour is Php 20 Other things to note Few things need to highlight re: Wind Residences prior to booking. As per LGU protocol, our guests should be fully vaccinated. *Vaccination card is a must. Wind Admin charged use of ammenities like swimming pool: -Php 150/ person during regular days (Mon - Sun) -Php 300/ person on Holidays For Badminton court usage, it is FREE for our unit guests from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm if they will be using the court from 6:01pm to 10:00 pm they have to pay the electricity fee of 200/hr.
