Our 1BR unit is located on the 12th floor, Tower C of Shell Residences, facing the world-renowned Manila Bay sunset. * The queen-sized bed has a pull-out bed for extra sleeping space. The bedroom accommodates Maximum of 3 adults ONLY. * We have free unlimited WIFI (internet) in the unit. Password will be given upon check in. * The unit has a 43-inch flat-screen LED internet-ready TV. * Kitchen is equipped with utensils of quality brands (Corelle, Kuchef, etc.) But only light cooking is allowed. * Complimentary: - coffee, tea - toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, disposable toothbrush) - bottled water * You can play your favorite music through our bluetooth capable speakers and vinyl records. * We also have a small collection of self-help books you can read and vinyl records to play, but please make sure to return after reading and playing, so other guests can enjoy it as well. NOTE: * Please note that we only accept VACCINATED guests * PROOF OF VACCINATION required upon check-in. * ANYTHING broken by guests will be charged accordingly. Guest access * Shell Residences has 24/7 security and concierge with doormen to help with your luggage. * Maximum of 3 guests only. (Note: Bed space fits 3 adults ONLY). * For everyone's security & safety, Shell Residences is STRICT with UNregistered guests, so they may be DENIED entry. Registration and IDs are mandatory. * Please inform us 1-2 hours prior to arrival so my representative can welcome you and hand-over the keys for the unit. Same process for departure. * Checked-in guests who would want to use the swimming pool will need to register at the open lounge. A PHP 150 fee on weekdays is required paid to the property management. PHP 300 on public holidays / weekends. Other things to note To ease your check-in, please don't forget to bring photocopies of passport or government issued IDs, and Vaccination status upon arrival of ALL persons staying. For security purposes, and for your safety; this is required upon check-in at Shell Residences.
