Hi there wonderful people! I work as a freelance content writer. I have been in Delhi for over ten years now and would love to help you with any pointers, places to visit, shop and nice places to eat! You are welcome to stay at my laid-back and homely place in South Delhi. The room is clean, full of natural light, generously ventilated, humbly furnished and has a small personal balcony where you can enjoy a cuppa coffee! The space Your bedroom, bathroom, balcony are all private for your own personal use. Guests are welcome to lounge in the common drawing room. - We have a cleaning lady who does the housekeeping. At your convenience, she can clean your room for you with no additional charge. - Feel free to use the kitchen area. We have gas, microwave oven, fridge and basic necessities to cook a meal. - You can invite your friends but not for overnight stay. - Respect, Relax, Enjoy! Problem areas to note: 1. The house is clean and functioning but it is also an older apartment. Minor inconveniences would be peeling wall paint in some corners. 2. There is no lift. 3. Cupboards and doors are very old. Cupboard needs repair as well. It is unusable as of now. 4. Table is old and rickety 5. Water does not dry quickly from bathroom floor. 6. Apartment is on the second floor. It can also be considered as the third floor because the garage is not counted as the ground floor. 7. There is all cooking facility available but no cooks for hire. Guest will have to buy groceries and cook themselves. 8. Microwave is old and makes a noise when in use. Some answers to questions I’ve been asked frequently: 1. Please do not negotiate the set price. I cannot change it. 2. I will not provide a refund if you choose to check-out earlier than planned. You have to understand the loss it will cost me as it is not guaranteed that I will get another guest book the room that easily. 3. I cannot allow house visits before confirmation as per AirBnb rules. The photos I provided are as close to how my house is. Read through my instructions above for realistic expectations. 4. I cannot share house number and phone number before booking confirmation as per AirBnb rules. (My Bnb is located in East of Kailash, South Delhi) 5. If there is more than one guest, please select the 2 guest option. Guest access guest has access to the room booked. During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed
