Surrounded by hills, our home has been lovingly designed for comfort and security amidst the breath-taking beauty and serenity of the mountainside Enjoy long walks, lush greenery and simple pace of the countryside with plush amenities, situated a stone's throw from the main city and en-route to Mussoorie No commercial shoots or videography on the premises. Charges may apply. The space The sun-drenched cosy room has large bay windows with lots of natural light, in-room seating, a study desk and lockable cupboard for storage. There is also a fully functioning kitchen, a huge living area with a fireplace and gorgeous 360-degree views of the hills from the many seating stations on our wide open terraces and wrap-around balconies, making it ideal for longer stays as well. The room comes with a smart TV, air-conditioning/heating, hot water and free wi-fi. On-site parking is available and the room is on the second floor. These spaces are fully accessible by stairs and an elevator (for disabled or elderly guests). A fusion of modern and traditional decor and art work lends special warmth to the place. There are multiple levels of security on the property including electrified fencing, video phones on the main gate and CCTVs on entry/exits. We clean common areas every day and rooms and linen are cleaned every third day, unless specifically requested. For the convenience of other guests, you are requested to clean up after using the kitchen & dining facilities. Guest Access You will have access to: - a separate entrance, - your own room with an attached bathroom, - a fully functioning kitchen and living area dedicated for guests, - beautiful terraces and wide-open wrap-around balconies On request and if possible, guests can also access the multi-purpose platform in the front gardens and seating on the roof overlooking a stunning view. Please note: - Please read the House Rules carefully before confirming your booking. - The room is on the second floor and is accessible through stairs. Elevator access is available for disabled or elderly guests only. - The floor has three other rooms dedicated for guests – you may have to share the kitchen, drawing and living spaces with another guest depending on the status of our bookings. - It is a mountain area - some harmless insects may find their way into your room. Please let us know - We are here to help! - On the rare occasion there is repair work is being undertaken on the property, some minimal disturbance and noise may be unavoidable. - Damage to the property or equipment may incur charges. - We are always available on Whats app, in case the number is unreachable. During your stay Interaction with us will be as much or as little as you desire. We, along with a full time team of caretakers, live on the premises so we are always around to help and support you in your plans and troubleshoot problems if they come up.
