Phoenix Family Suite is representing in red color. Phoenix is a mythical unique bird, often serves as a symbol of renewal and rebirth. Guests will find a stunning décor furniture’s, paintings, lamp and cushions, which are delicately and passionately designed. There are a twin-beds room and a sofa bed, all for 3 persons, 2 showers and a dinning area with totally 45 sq.m. Sue Ping Family Stay is located in the real heart of Chiang Mai city, surround by many attractions upon stepping out. The space The design concept is based on the mother as the main concept. The building is located in the Chinese-Thai market area, so it is designed to have a Chinese-contemporary feel. The three rooms are named Dragon, Swan, and Kylin, all of which are Chinese lucky animals. The colors yellow, gold, red, and teal are chosen respectively as the main colors used to decorate the rooms. The Phoenix room is on the second floor. The main color used in the design is red. It consists of a master bedroom with 2 double beds facing out to the Ping River and the annual Buddha amulet, which is brightly lit at night. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living room and a small kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. There are two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom. The wood floors are golden teak. The furniture is real wood and is decorated with red pillows. Next to our accommodation is a coffee shop called Ranchuan Coffee. Three family suites, each with one bedroom, 1 dining and living area with kitchenette, tableware, water kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Finest bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. Big-screen smart TV with Netflix and high-speed internet via Wi-Fi. The space and story of 65-year-old brick and wood buildings are renovated into 3 spacious family stays. All the original wooden structures are conserved back entirely throughout the house, keeping them as Overseas Chinese style, whereas guests may explore the charm of vintage furniture as well. Sue Ping Family Stay is intimately named after the original owner who immigrated from China in 1927 at the age of 5. Clients, please be advised, the suite will be cleaned once before check-in. Altogether 3 suites (Dragon, Phoenix & Kirin) in case for big families may join 11 persons for the whole house. Guest access 1-minute walk to Warorot Market (Kad Luang) 1-minute walk to the 24-hour convenient store (7-11) 1-minute walk to Ping River. 1-minute walk to Flower market. 3-minute walk to the Night market. 15-minute walk to Sunday walking street. Along the riverbank, you will also find the live music restaurants just across the river. Parking is free park on side of the Ping River. There are always Red Taxi (Rod Daeng) pass by or even Tuk-Tuk or Grab car. Very convenience around there. Other things to note Stepping out of the Sue Ping Family Stay, you will find Warorot Market (Kad Luang) the main fresh market, surrounded by fruit stalls, flower market, Ping River. Via footbridge across Ping River, you will find the landmark Pagoda of Wat Ket Karam. Along the riverbank, you will also find nightlife varieties such as restaurants, pubs with live music, and shops.
