Central Location, Perfect for skiing and WEF

The apartment is located in a chalet in the heart of Klosters, only 5 minutes on foot to Klosters Platz train station and Gotschna Gondola, that would take you up to the main Parsenn Davos-Klosters ski area. All the amenities (shops, restaurants, bars) are within a short walking distance. It has a quick and easy access to Davos and Davos Congress Center (by car or by public transport) and to other ski areas in the region. The WEF shattle stop is just 30 meters away by the Silvretta Hotel. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms: (1) a master bedroom with king-sized bed and orthopaedic mattress (180x200); (2) a bedroom with three twin beds (a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, 90x200 each); (3) a further bedroom with a sofa that folds out into a comfortable double bed (140x200). The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster, as well as cutlery, plates and cooking utensils. There is one shower room with a toilet, and one further WC in the apartment. The living room has a large chalet-style wood burning fireplace, a dining area with mountain views, a lounge area with a wall mounted TV with AppleTV, apartment is equipped with 1 Gbit/ps Wifi, and access to the terrace with a small lounge area (perfect for apreski/apero). Guest access Storage and laundry: There is bike/ski storage and a laundry room (washer/drier are coin operated) in the basement. Parking: one car can be parked in the underground garage (its entrance ramp is heated for easy access but has a quite tight entrance for larger cars due to the building being chalet style), or alternatively the main Klosters parking lot which offers multi day parking is within 3-minute walk. Amenities: Klosters Platz train station is within 5-minute walk. All amenities in Klosters can be reached on foot. Davos and Davos Congress Center are within 10-15 minutes drive by car or within an easy train ride from the Klosters Platz train station. WEF transportation is located at the Silvretta Hotel next door to property. Sports: Apart from skiing and snowboarding, across the road from the property you will find a large playground, as well as a newly upgraded Klosters Sports Centre featuring the outdoor swimming pool (open in the summer), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, Snowgarden (begginer ski slopes), an ice skating rink as well as groomed free cross country ski trails (both for classic and skating styles) and a running/hiking trail. Zwergenweg Klosters (a fun kids hiking trail) is reachable within 10-15 minutes walk (kids' pace) or by a short bus ride. Other things to note Babies/toddlers: all children are welcome. Upon request there is cot and a kids chair (Stokke - without small baby attachment) available in the apartment for toddlers. We can also provide Davos sleights, some toys and kids books in English, German and Russian. Please note that infants count towards the total number of guests (max. 7). Cleaning costs are one off for cleaning upon departure. Daily cleaning can be arranged upon request at Fr 165.- per day.
