Suite in a historic mansion located on the main road of Domingos Martins, 2km after entering the portal and 1km before the main square (on the same street), only 900m from Rua de Lazer. The common area includes a beautiful outdoor garden and pool. Wide parking with covered spaces, you will have your own gate control. Surrounded by the Atlantic forest, it is ideal for those seeking the tranquility of nature and the practicality of being close to the center. Breakfast is served on site! Willkommen! The space Double Suite with private access (outside the house). Located on the ground floor, the suite has a queen-size bed, 32"LED TV with cable channels, split air conditioning, minibar, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, wine glasses and corkscrew, sofa, cabinets with hanger and Wi-Fi. The en-suite bathroom has a large box and hair dryer. Very spacious and easy to maneuver parking; you will have control of the gate to get in and out at any time. As a courtesy, we serve breakfast in the second floor lounge from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Guest access In addition to the suite, you will have access to the ground floor balcony, swimming pool, garden and the entire outdoor area. Living and dining room are only available at breakfast time (8:00 am to 10:30 am). During your stay I will be available at any time, just contact by phone or message. Other things to note As we are in the Atlantic forest region, it is recommended that you close the room door and keep the windows screened or closed at dusk. The use of repellent outside on hot days is always welcome.
