Stylish home with private pool in Marlow, sleeps 8

Enjoy our spacious 4 bedroom house & have fun in the private heated pool (open June to Sept) whilst we're away. We love our home & garden, & it's only a short flat walk (10 mins) to the picturesque town of Marlow (with lots of shops & restaurants, parks & River Thames). Its a perfect location to visit Henley, Cookham, Bray, Windsor Castle & explore the Chiltern Hills, plus easy travel to London, Oxford, Legoland & Thorpe Park. Min stay at all times 7 nights. Max stay in summer 16 nights. The space Our home is spacious and contemporary. There is a large open-plan kitchen with an island (with 5 stools) and a large dining table with seating for 8. There's a substantial corner sofa & armchair in the kitchen too, plus a big TV. There is a separate lounge, with two sofas, desk area & another big TV (you can watch different shows in the kitchen & lounge). We have most of the channels; Sky Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc. We have 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people. There are 2 kingsize bedrooms (both with ensuites with showers), and two double bedrooms (the double rooms share a bathroom with bath/shower). In addition to the 3 main bathrooms upstairs, there's a downstairs loo too. The house is ideal or one large family or two families to share. In the garden, there's a private outdoor heated pool (open June to Sept) which is all one level (circa 1.5m deep) - perfect for swimming, playing games & having fun. There's lots of seating in the garden too; the patio has a round dining table with seating for 6, the cosy decked area has a sofa and two armchairs (& heater), plus a Kontiki style garden 'bar' has 5 bar stools - perfect for sun downers. There are also two comfy sun loungers on the patio. Please note the patio and pool is accessible by steps. At the front of the house, the private driveway has room for 3 cars. Guest access All of the house is for you to use, aside from one office room downstairs (where we will store personal items) the loft and the garage - none of these areas are shown on the photos. Other things to note This is our home and our own photos and personal belongings will be around. In order for you to unpack, in every bedroom there will be a hanging rail or wardrobe space, and some drawers or shelves for your belongings. Cleaning: The house will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave (please note there is a one off cleaning fee charged on the AirBnB portal). Pool heating: The pool can be heated by gas boiler - the cost of this is NOT included in the nightly rate on AirBnB. If you would like the pool heated, there will be an additional charge of £40 per day payable directly in advance to the host). This covers up to 6 hours pool heating per day. The water temperature can reach up to 29 degrees celsius depending on weather conditions. Please note, if you opt for the pool heating, then this must be for the entire duration of your stay.
