One block from the beach, one block from downtown shopping, restaurants and pubs. 1) Extra large bedroom, with closet, bureau, king bed; 2) Luxurious, four-piece, ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk-in shower; 3) Sitting room with Wi-Fi, Smart-TV, cable; couch, chair, coffee-maker and small fridge. No kitchen. The space Guests have their own private entrance to Lambton Place. Both the first-floor private-entrance door from the outside, and the second-floor door to the suite have locks. Guest access Parking on site for two guest vehicles. Parking is at the side of the house, which is on a corner lot, on HuronTerrace. Other things to note Covid-19 cleaning protocol in place. In addition to regular cleaning, all surfaces are wiped with disinfectant. Hand sanitizer and wipes available in the suite. All guests are required to use hand sanitizer before entering or re-entering the suite. Keyless outside entry.
