Tiny house near Stockholm

Welcome to our "Lillhuset" in Tungelsta. From here you have walking distance to the train that takes you to Stockholm City in less than half an hour. This accommodation is perfect for you who want to visit the capital but still relax and feel the peace of the country when you have explored the big city. The space The house was built in 2017 and is new and fresh. The accommodation has its own entrance and parkng space. The bedroom has 1 double bed (160x200) that can be folded up / down (Murphy bed) which allows you to create extra space when the bed is not in use. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Seating area with two armchairs and smart TV/Wifi. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (80 liter water heater). Complete kitchen with kitchen utilities (microwave, oven, laundry). The accommodation is located on a dead end road which means that there is no through traffic. 30 km to Stockholm City, 30 km to Nynäshamn and the Gotland ferry. Maximum 2 adults per stay. Guest access Private parking space at the accommodation (1 place). Walking paths just outside the accommodation. 800 meters to the commuter train that takes you to Stockholm City and Nynäshamn. Nearest train station (800 meter): Krigslida. Nearest grocery store: Coop Konsum in Tungelsta, about 10 minutes walking distance. About 20 min drive to Nynäshamn and the Gotland ferry. 30 km to Stockholm City. Other things to note Lillhuset means small house and although the cottage is small, the area of 25 m2 is practically arranged with a living room, bedroom, separate sleeping loft for those who want to sleep separately and a bathroom. There is a boiler of 80 liters, so showering for hours is not recommended. The boiler is empty after 15 minutes and takes an hour to fully reheat. The house is heated/cooled with a heat pump. You will find coffee and tea in the kitchen and a cold drink in the fridge upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. Lillhuset is unfortunately not suitable for children (including babies) and to avoid accidents children and pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking.
