The space This stylish 2 bedroom house has been recently restored and is fully equipped. The feel of the house is fresh and calm combining traditional Cypriot features matched with modern comforts. This is a 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 4 persons + infant (baby cot is provided upon request and free of charge). LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA & KITCHEN: Open plan living room, dining and kitchen are on the 1st floor of the house which helps with the wonderful views. The living room has a 3 seater sofa plus 2 sofa chairs, a log burner, electric heater, and a 42 inches TV with Netflix and streaming channels. The living room opens to the front balcony of the house which offers views of the orchards, vineyards and the mountains. The dining area has a round table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, hood, kettle and toaster. The kitchen area opens to the back balcony. BATHROOM: Bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor. BEDROOMS: Bedrooms with double beds (one each) are located on the ground floor of the house. Each bedroom has a window, one of the bedrooms has a wardrobe and a small storage space. The other bedroom has a traditional featured furniture piece which can be used as a small wardrobe. Both bedrooms have electric heaters. LAUNDRY ROOM: Separate laundry room at the patio garden of the house with a sink and a washing machine. BALCONY & PATIO GARDEN: 2 balconies on the first floor - one is accessed from the living room and has a small table with 2 chairs, the other is accessed from the kitchen. The patio garden at the entrance of the house is fully private and with high walls around it. OTHERS: * Fast WiFi. * Hot Water * Netflix The house is located in the historic center of the village which is easy to walk (no cars allowed) and explore. Also, within a few minutes walk you can visit Karseras winery for a free wine tasting experience, the street food van in its premises, the traditional coffee shop and the 2 churches of the village. *** Free mid stay Housekeeping service every 7 days for stays of 14 days and above (upon request). Other things to note * The house staircase is steep and narrow and the 2 bedrooms & bathroom are on the ground floor and the living room / kitchen / dining area are on the upper (first) floor. Please make sure to take these information under consideration prior to making a reservation as the property might not be suitable for infants/young children or elders. * Electricity is included in the price for 20kWh per day which is more than sufficient for usage of all appliances at the property including airconditions.
