Complete your family holiday by gathering at our TV Room or cooking at our kitchen. This peaceful 234 m2 house has just been completely renovated. It is a modern Scandinavian Style house. Here are the facilities, floor-by-floor. Parking Area: - carport for 2-3 cars (depends on car size) - front garden First Floor: - foyer - Living Room and 40” TV - main bedroom, Air Conditioned, with a king sized bed and attached bathroom (one more extra bed can be added) -secondary bedroom, Air Conditioned, with a queen sized bed (two more extra beds can be added) - kids bedroom, Air Conditioned, with twin bed (one more extra bed can be added) - common bathroom with shower - dining room with wooden laminated table and chairs - kitchen with ceramic counter top and gas stove / oven - dry garden with hammock Second Floor: - play area we provided some board games that you may enjoy during your stay - a terrace facing Salam Park The house has several staircases, please be mindful when you bring your children to stay in Cozy Living Bandung City Center. Guest access The whole house will be accessible to you, except garage area and warehouse that we use for storage. Other things to note There will be potential construction noise from neighbourhood between 8.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. The House surrounded by Family Houses. Please mind your voice during your stay especially after QUIET HOURS 10.00 p.m. It is not allowed to do barbeque by your own, however you may cook in our kitchen with provided utensils
