Two master queen bedrooms have en-suites, one with a walk-in robe and the other with built-in robe. Both bedrooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans to maximize comfort. Exterior zip track mesh blinds also assist in controlling temperature. CENTRAL LEVEL There are two large bedrooms, two queens, on the second level, both have ducted heating and cooling, built-in wardrobes, and share a large bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry with washing machine and dryer completes the central level. Outside the laundry is a clothesline. ENTRY LEVEL BEDROOM - Extra $100 surcharge. The 5th bedroom includes 2 king single beds, ducted heating and cooling, built-in wardrobe, with an adjacent toilet and hand basin. * NB if required, an extra one-off $100 surcharge is applied. Guest access McCrae is a seaside village with an efficient bus service on Nepean Road, servicing the entire bay side of the peninsula, 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk away. Ample driveway parking for 2 cars in shade and 2 cars non-shaded is available. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Due to local council bylaws, there is a strict 11pm noise curfew. Our property is situated in a quiet court with mostly permanent residents, so we ask you to respect our neighbours’ peaceful environment. This property is most suitable for family bookings. Minimum booking age: 30 yo. This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY It also has a STRICT NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY anywhere on the property including balconies and outdoor area.
