Summer House has three guest bedrooms located on the first floor of the house (up one flight of stairs). Please bring only small to medium luggage as it must be carried up the stairs. These bedrooms SHARE one bathroom. All guest rooms have comfortable beds, adequate storage, full-length mirror, a range of reading material, TVs, DVD players, DVDs, real plants, original artwork, ornaments, solid wooden floors, natural bed linen, drink-making facilities, mini fridge, hairdryer, bedside lamps, international adapters and USB ports. The bedrooms are intended for guests visiting London on holiday/ vacation. The front garden has several steps leading up to the front door, lots of flowers and is a work in progress! I live on site and occupy one of the rooms on the second floor in the loft space. Sometimes my grandchildren come to stay along with other family members and friends. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom and the shared bathroom only. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, and is suitable for storing and preparing light meals and snacks . Guests do not have direct access to the washing machine, but may request to have laundry done subject to a charge of £15 per 5kg load. Due to allergies, strawberries and strawberry products are banned from the house and grounds, this includes toiletries and vapes. During your stay I greet all guests upon arrival. Guests are added to a group chat during the stay. Otherwise, send me a direct message. Other things to note Laundry is charged at £15 per 5kg load for all stays, a drying rack will be available for drying the items in the guest's room. Guest bedrooms are cleaned before and after stays; guests may clean their own rooms between these times as desired. Guests staying for more than two weeks will be offered a change of bed linen and towels (midway through the stay); and can request additional room cleaning subject to a £30 charge. Use of a travel cot is subject to a charge of £30. The first floor bathroom is for guest use, please leave it clean and tidy after use (refold shower screen, rinse the sink, check the toilet, sweep/pick up hairs etc.) The bathroom is cleaned weekly and before any new guests arrive.
