The space This is a large SECONDARY SUIT approved by the city and qualifies as a seperate home at the lower level with its own furnace labelled 314B. All the rooms are very spacious. Guest access The guest can access everywhere on the secondary suite , free to park infront of the driveway and free to use the beautiful landscape . The view is beautiful and homely. Lovely and spacious Other things to note If you have more than a car , you can park both of them at the drive way of the house .
