Based on the shores of Lough Conn - one of the three great lakes in the West of Ireland is a converted and extended traditional 160 year old cottage offering superior accommodation with a laid back atmosphere. We are located 10km from the market town of Ballina, Co Mayo with its many restaurants, pubs, cafe's and angling supply shops. We also have a traditional pub on our doorstep just 5 minutes walk away. The space The house is fully equipped with all mod cons. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms makes it ideal for friends or family gatherings. Guest access The guests will have sole access to the whole property. Private parking and gated access. Other things to note Shorter stays (four and five nights) are available at a slightly higher rate of 20%
