The space Downstairs – main entrance – you will enter a small patio with bbq area, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. inside there is a kitchen with dining area, 1 double bedroom and 1 two single bed bedroom - beach level – On beach level you find a terrace in front of the beach, a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, a lounge sofa and outdoor gas heater. Inside you have a living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. At the back of the house there is a small terrace where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun. Wi-Fi and TV We provide internet and television with a connection to Netflix. Terrace The main terrace is located between the villa and the beach. Step directly on the terrace into the Mediterranean Sea, where you can relax and enjoy your unforgettable vacation on your own private sunbeds, on your private terrace, as well on your almost private Mediterranean beach. Capacity Villa Paco Dénia has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Les Deveses beach This beach is over 4 km long. Half of it is fine golden sand and dunes. Except in the south bordering on “La Almadrava” beach where it is mainly composed of rounded stones. This beach, the longest of the Costa Blanca has a special charm for its naturalness. It is perfect for long walks; it even has an area with small dunes. Its white sand and clear waters make this beach a very evocative and special place. Nearby golfers can play at Oliva Nova Golf. It has an animated kitesurf, especially in summer months, when the Garbí and Llebeig winds blow. Our holiday home is located between Denia and Oliva – both picturesque places with a harbour, a lot of restaurants, bar, shops, and cultural activities.
