Family house for a couple with 2 or 3 children, 4 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the main avenue. The space It's my family's vacation home, and I personally take care of every detail. In general, we rent it to people we know who assure us that they will take care of it just like we do. That's why I make my bike, an umbrella, 2 beach chairs and a couple of paddles available, nothing new or luxurious. Although it has an additional bedroom with 4 beds, I consider the maximum capacity to be 2 adults and 2/3 children, as it has only 1 bathroom. In that bedroom there is an additional Android LED TV, in case the kids bring the Play Station. Guest access The house has a driveway to park on the sidewalk. In the front, between the sidewalk and the street, there is a small garden, where many leaves usually fall from the old eucalyptus tree that is at the door. It also has a kind of small patio between the fence and the house, and a narrow corridor in the back where the grill and a sink are located. From the hallway you can go out to the street.
