Our cheerful beach house is a tidy 3 bedroom with a good kitchen, bathroom and laundry. A lovely outdoor area with BBQ, shade sails and good sized lawn both in the front and out the back of the property. The self contained sleep out has a kitchen (no cooking facilities) and bathroom, King bed and bunkbeds. A very short walk from the domain which gives you access to the beautiful Waimarama Beach and playground and very near the Waimarama Store. Linen not included. Extra people $50 per night The space Our lovely beach house is a 3 bedroom Lockwood with good sized kitchen, living room and a really nice outdoor area with decking and shade. The laundry has a washer and dryer and a large bathroom with bath are all in the house. The one bedroom sleep out has a kitchenette ( no cooking facilities) and a good sized bathroom. There are kids toys and games available. The property has a very comfortable easy going feel. Guest access We are in a great location for the beautiful Waimarama Beach and just around the corner from the iconic Waiamarama Store which does amazing fish and chips and has basic supplies. A very short walk with get you into the domain and from here you access the beach. The beach has lifeguards patrolling in peak times. Not far from the surf club is a fun playground that includes a flying fox. Other things to note We use the house a lot ourselves so if the dates are showing as unavailable please contact us as we may be flexible with unavailable time slots. There is also an option to just rent the sleep out if we are not using it Please note linen is not included
