For early arrival it is recommended to pre-book the unit one day in advance with a full day charge. (2) Malaysian Citizens All Malaysian citizens are required to produce their identity cards (NRIC) or valid passports upon check in. (3) Foreigners All foreigners/Non-Malaysian citizens must produce their valid international passports upon check in. (4) Deposits For all reservations, BlackNest requires a security deposit of RM200 for incidental charges upon check-in. Deposit may be placed in cash or bank transfer upon check-in. Check Out: (1) We may accommodate late check-out after 12 pm for an additional fee; subject to room availability. Guest will need to inform our customer service team 1 day before checking out. (2) Kindly return the access cards according to the instructions sent by our customer service team during check out. Age Requirement: (1) Guests must be 16 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of stay. Other things to note General Policies : (1) Damage to BlackNest's Property, BlackNest reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the unit's property or structure. (2) Personal Belongings Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables with them when leaving the unit. BlackNest shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay. (3) Prohibited Items, - Animals of any kind - Flammable, explosive and hazardous materials - Objects emitting a foul odour (e.g. Durian) - Unregistered firearms or other weapons - Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit activity - Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia * BlackNest reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items. Health and Well-Being Policies: (1) Excessive Noise and Parties T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, BlackNest upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the unit without refund. (2) Inappropriate Behaviour Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by BlackNest, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, BlackNest reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred. (3) Smoking Smoking is strictly not permitted in BlackNest's premises. There will be a RM200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to restore the unit back to its original condition.
