It’s a free-standing Villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, very private with high walls and electric gate. Big swimming pool 9 x 5 meters, with a sunny terrace where you can enjoy a nice BBQ with friends and family. The space The living has a nice seating area with a Smart TV, big dining area, fully Air-conditioned with modern Kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; all bedrooms are air-conditioned for a nice cool sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, oven and a microwave. On arrival the beds will be made, 4 towels will be provided on each room and we will welcome you at the Villa to give you the keys and all the information. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with FREE bottles drinking water. We have a daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you. After 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels. Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage.
