Looking for calm, relaxation and a private place? So look no further, you're there! Friendly and comfortable house, accommodating up to 4 guests maximum - no additional people allowed, please do not insist. Ideal for couples, small friends or families! The space Located in a mini complex of 2 townhouses + 1 apartment, the accommodation has: - 1 bedroom/air-conditioned suite with queen bed and wardrobe upstairs, - 1 SDE with a shower upstairs, - 1 living room with 2 bunk beds and a sofa, as well as a Smart TV, - 1 kitchen furnished and equipped with bar, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, fruit juice mixer, toaster, coffee maker as well as all basic utensils for cooking (plates, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.). The house also has a private covered veranda with hammock so hosts can make the most of their stay, as well as a small back patio to wash and extend your laundry in complete privacy. We provide sheets, bath towels as well as kitchen towels. Complete cleaning is done at check-in and checkout, however, before your departure, garbage cans must be emptied, and dishes as well as cooking utensils (coffee maker, mixer, toaster) cleaned. If not done, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 100 Reais. Wifi is free and accessible on the whole property.
